Usually a reservation should be made one day or more before you live in, especially, 3 days or more are needed if it is at weekend or other holidays. Even though you haven’t made a reservation, you can also call our service center any time when you need a short-term house. There are often some guests who may change their time tables and leave some rooms available.

   Our company, Nanyueju, takes the receiving of earnest as a standard to provide our service. When we confirm that we have received your earnest money, we will surely guarantee you the apartments. If earnest haven’t been paid we cannot be sure there is a room for guests. If you have paid earnest but there is not temporary room provided, Nanyueju will pay twice of the earnest back, but if you don’t come to our company to make a renting procedure at the appointed time, the earnest will not be paid back. The earnest is the one-day rent of the renting house.

   If you want to extend the renting time, you should inform our company one day or more earlier. It will go into effect after your need is confirmed.

   If you want to curtail your renting after getting into living, you should inform our company one day earlier, and new guarantee will go into effect after confirmed by each other. Normal renting fare will be charged if there is no advance inform.

   Time for your living in short-term renting apartments: renting procedure can be made at any time of a day when the apartments you want to rent is available. If the appointed time is changed, please call our company and confirm the arrived time 2 hours before your arriving our company’s short-term renting apartments.

   How to make a reservation?

   You can reserve apartments through using QQ, telephone, E-mail or our reservation system, and telling us your time to live in, what kinds of condition you needed your contact phone number and paying the earnest.

   How to make a renting procedure?

   When a reservation has been made, you should go to the rented house to make a renting procedure at the appointed time.
Pay advance payment for the accommodation and deposit for the equipment; fill in the registration form and public security guarantee.
Check your Student ID, identity card, passport etc. valid credentials.
Check the equipment of the apartments and get the key of the room.? Total rent=rent per day*days+ deposit of apartment equipment (deposit for reservation included)

   How to check out?
   If you want to check out, you need to inform our company half an hour earlier.
   If you check out after 12:00 AM, the fee will cost half price of rent per day.
   If you check out after 18:00, the fee will cost full price of rent per day.
   Staff examines all the equipment.
   Return the room key.
   Square the rent, return the deposit and give a receipt to guest.
