Guangzhou Apartment promises that all the apartment photos shown on the website are real scene pictures, guests can choose apartments from the website, or come around to see the apartment. We will lead the guests to see around the apartment, and this service is for free.
For ordinary days, guests can make reservation 1 day (or more) before arrival, for weekends and holidays, guests need to reserve 3 days (or more) before. If there’s no vacancy when guests call, they can also contact us when they come to GZ, for some other guests may change their schedule occasionally. In this case, we can reserve apartment for guests in time. Keep in touch with us, we will offer you the best choice.
Weather we can confirm if there’s an available apartment for guests depends on the receipt of resident’s deposit. However, if guests don’t pay for the deposit, we can’t make a confirmation.
If we can’t offer an apartment after receiving deposit, we will pay back double amount of the deposit.
If guests don’t check out according to the arranged time, we won’t return the deposit.
The amount of deposit will be 1-day ~ 5-day rent money.
If guests want to prolong their stay, they need to inform us at least 1 day before.
If guests want to shorten their stay, they need to inform us at least 1 day before. It becomes effective only after an agreement is made; if guests don’t inform us of that, guests should pay as it is confirmed before.
Check-in time: 24 hours available after guests have made an appointment. If guests want to change the arranged time, they need to contact us to confirm the exact arrival time.

We will list available choices according to guests’ requirement including apartment type, location, price …
Check in
- After making reservation, guests need to come to the apartment to check in on the arranged time.
- Pay the deposit, fill in register form and security protocol.
- Show ID, passport, driving license…effective original credentials.
- Guests need to check all the facilities in the apartment, then get the key.
Note: Total Deposit = daily price * day(s) + apartment facility deposit (including original deposit)
Check out
- Guests need to inform us at least 30 min. earlier before check-out.
- If guests check out after 12:00p.m., they need to pay half daily price additionally; after 6:00p.m., pay one more day.
- We will check the facilities before check-out.
- Guests need to return the key.
- Settle accounts
